Check and remedy
• It may caused by
applications installed to the
terminal after purchase. If
problems improve when you
start in Safe Mode, problems
may be improved by
uninstalling the application.
* Safe Mode is a function
to activate the phone in a
mode similar to default.
• To start Safe Mode
Press when power is OFF,
while the Samsung logo
screen is displayed, Tap
continuously every second.
* When start Safe Mode,
"Safe Mode" appears on
the lower left corner of
Home screen.
* Turn power OFF and
restart to terminate Safe
Mode.
• For use Safe Mode, back-
up the required data
beforehand.
• Note that widget you
created may be removed.
• When using phone,
terminate Safe Mode
because Safe Mode is not
usually.
