ATTENZIONE - Il potatore deve essere utilizzato
solamente per tagliare rami. È proibito tagliare
altri tipi di materiali. Le vibrazioni ed il contraccolpo
sono diff erenti ed i requisiti di sicurezza non sarebbero
rispettati. Non utilizzare il potatore come leva per
sollevare, spostare o spezzare oggetti, ne bloccarlo su
sostegni fissi. È proibito applicare alla presa di forza
del potatore utensili o applicazioni che non siano quelli
indicati dal costruttore.
ATTENZIONE - Non tagliare quando c'é cattivo
tempo, scarsa visibilità, temperature troppo rigide o
elevate. Assicurarsi che non ci siano rami secchi che
possono cadere.
Consegnate o prestate il Multimate soltanto a
persone esperte e a conoscenza del funzionamento
e del corretto utilizzo della macchina. Consegnate
anche il Manuale con le istruzioni d'uso, da leggere
prima di iniziare il lavoro.
TECNICA OPERATIVA
Tenere con la mano destra l'impugnatura di comando e con la
sinistra lo stelo (Fig.17). Aff errare sempre con la mano sinistra
la zona della guaina (C, Fig.18).
Un equilibrio ottimale si ottiene con la macchina il più possibile
vicino al corpo. La posizione meno aff aticante è quella con
un angolo con il terreno di 60° (Fig.19). Si lavora in sicurezza
(l'operatore non è sotto alla zona di caduta rami) e il peso della
macchina non è troppo sbilanciato in avanti.
Per facilitare la caduta dei rami tagliati, occorre tagliare per
primi i rami sottostanti.
In caso di rami grossi (diametro oltre 10 cm), tagliarli in più parti
(lunghezza max. 20 cm) e mai tutti interi (Fig.20), utilizzando
la tecnica del taglio di scarico.
Tagliare sempre a pieno gas.

PROHIBITED USE
WARNING - The pole pruner must only be used for
cutting branch. It is forbidden to cut other types of
material. Vibrations and kickback vary with different
materials and the requirements of the safety regulations
would not be respected. Do not use the pole pruner as
a lever for lifting, moving or splitting objects. Do not
lock it over fixed stands. It is forbidden to hitch tools or
applications to the P.t.o. that are not specified by the
manufacturer.
WARNING - Never cut in high wind, bad weather,
when visibility is poor or in very high or low
temperatures. Always check the tree for dead
branches which could fall during the felling
operation.
Only loan your Multimate to expert users who are
completely familiar with saw operation and correct
use. Give other users the manual with operating
instructions, which they should read before using
the saw.
OPERATING TECHNIQUES
Hold control grip with right hand and shaft (Fig.17) with left
hand. Left hand should hold sheath (C,Fig.18) area.
Optimum balance could be obtained with machine close the
body. Standing 60° with the ground (Fig.19) makes work less
fatiguing. Work in a safe position (do not stand within reach of
falling branches) and do not place the weight of the machine
too far forwards.
To ease branch falling, cut lower branches fi rst.
To cut larger branches (with diameter larger than 10 cm), cut
it into more parts (max length 20 cm), never cut the whole
branch (Fig.20).
Always cut at full throttle.

USAGES INTERDITS
ATTENTION - La perche élagueuse ne doit être utilisée
que pour scier du rameau. Il est interdit de couper
d'autres matériaux. Les vibrations et le rebond sont en
effet différents et les mesures de sécurité ne seraient pas
respectées. N'utilisez pas la perche élagueuse comme
levier pour lever, déplacer ou casser quoi que ce soit. Il
est interdit de brancher sur la prise de force de la perche
élagueuse des outils ou des applications autres que ceux
que le constructeur a indiqués.
ATTENTION - Ne coupez jamais si le temps est
mauvais, si la visibilité est insuffisante ou si la
température est trop basse ou trop élevée. Assurez
vous qu'il n'y a pas de branches sèches qui puissent
tomber.
Ne prêtez votre Multimate qu'à des personnes
exper tes qui sachent la faire fonc tionner
correctement. Donnez-leur aussi le manuel avec
le mode d'emploi à lire avant de commencer à
travailler.
TECHNIQUE DE COUPE
Saisir la poignée de commande de la main droite et la tige
de la main gauche (Fig. 17). Toujours saisir la zone de la gaine
(C, Fig. 18) de la main gauche.
Pour obtenir un équilibre parfait, tenir l'engin le plus près
possible du corps. La position la moins fatiguante s'obtient en
faisant un angle de 60° avec le terrain (Fig. 19). Pour travailler en
toute sécurité, l'opérateur ne doit pas se trouver directement
sous la zone de chute des branches et le poids de la perche ne
doit pas être trop concentré à l'avant.
Pour faciliter la chute des branches coupées, commencer à
couper les branches par le bas.
En présence de grosses branches (plus de 10 cm de diamètre),
les couper en plusieurs tronçons (longueur maxi 20 cm) et
jamais tout entières (Fig. 20) en procédant selon la technique
de la coupe partielle.
Toujours couper à la puissance maxi.
