TOOL BAG
See Figures 7 - 8.
The tool bag can be attached to the air compressor to store
tools when they are not being used.
To attach:
 Locate the snap buttons on the tool bag and align them
with the snaps on the air compressor frame.
 Push down to snap into place.
The tool bag can be used while it is on the air compressor
to hold a variety of items, or it can be detached and used on
a tool belt. To use this feature, simply detach the tool bag
from the air compressor, slide a tool belt through the tool
belt sleeve in the tool bag, and attach belt to waist.
WARNING:
Always disconnect the air supply and power supply
before making adjustments, servicing a tool, or when a
tool is not in
use.
DRAINING THE TANK
See Figure 9.
To help prevent tank corrosion and keep moisture out of the air
used, the tank of the compressor should be drained daily.
To drain:
 Turn the air compressor off.
 Pull the ring on the pressure relief valve to release until
pressure gauge reads less than 0 psi.
 Release the ring.
 Rotate drain valve counterclockwise to open.
 Tilt tank as shown in figure 8 to drain moisture from tank
into a suitable container.
NOTE: Condensate is a polluting material and should be
disposed of in compliance with local regulations.
 If drain valve is clogged, release all air pressure,
remove and clean valve, then reinstall.
WARNING:
Unplug the air compressor and release all air from the
tank before servicing. Failure to depressurize tank before
attempting to remove valve may cause serious personal
injury.
 Rotate drain valve clockwise until tightly closed.
WARNING:
Drain tank every day to prevent corrosion and possible
injury due to tank damage.
