IV.FOCUSSIEREINRICHTUNG
Das Untersuchungsmaterial auf die
Auflagenplatte legen und gegebe-
nenfalls beleuchten. Während man
durch das Mikroskop sieht die
Kopf-Feststellschraube(4) lösen
und den Kopf auf- oder abbewegen
bis man ein klares Bild erhält. Fest-
stellschraube(4) wieder festziehen.
Nun kann man durch langsames
Drehen der Focuseinstellung(5)
das Material scharf abbilden.
V.AUGENABSTANDS- UND
DIOPTRIENEINSTELLUNG
Beide Okulare(1) anfassen und sie
soweit auseinander oder zusammen
bewegen, bis sie Ihrem Augenab-
stand entsprechen und Sie normal
durch das Mikroskop ein Beobach-
tungsfeld sehen können.
Manchmal gibt es beim Beobachter
kleine dioptrische Unterschiede
zwischen den Augen, welche zum
ermüdungsfreien Arbeiten ausge-
glichen werden müssen. Sehen Sie
mit dem rechten Auge durch das
rechte Okular und stellen Sie mit
der Focuseinstellung(5) ein
scharfes Bild ein. Danach sehen Sie
mit dem linken Auge durch das
linke Okular und stellen mit dem
Dioptrienausgleich(2) ein scharfes
Bild ein, ohne an der Focusein-
stellung(5) zu drehen.
IV.FOCUSINGDEVIGE
PIace a specirnen on the center of
the stage and illuminate it, if
necessary. Looking through the
microscope, first unlock the fixing
screw for the head (4) and move
the head up or down for getting a
clear image. Lock the fixing screw
for the head (4). Now slowly turn
the focusing knob (5), untill the
specimen comes to focus clearly.
V.INTERPUPILLARYAND
DIOPTERADJUSTMENT
Grasp the eyepieces (1), right and
left, and move them each other to
meet your pupil distance, until the
viewing fleld becomes comfortable
full single field.
Sometimes there is a little dioptric
difference between two eyes and
slight adjustment is required to get
a comfortable clear image. Looking
through the right eyepiece with
your right eye, focus the knob (5)
to get the sharpest image. Then
look through the left eyepiece with
your left eye, and turn the diopter
adjusting ring (2) to get the
sharpest image like the right image,
without moving the focusing knob
(5).
