A siphon gun is simply an air gun (Fig. 1) that sucks up
liquid into the air stream and propels the mixture out the
nozzle end.
Use for spraying lubricating oils, cutting oils, and cooling
oils.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
Do not direct the stream of compressed air towards
people, pets or other animals.
Never use the jet of sucked up liquid on objects that may
be damaged by the pressure of the liquid. Never direct the
jet of sucked up liquid towards live electrical parts. Never
direct the jet of sucked up liquid on the compressor.
OPERATION

1) Connect the siphon gun to the compressor as
explained in the Compressor manual at chapter
"OPERATION - USING THE AIR COMPRESSOR".
2) Insert the transparent tube (A) into the bucket,
containing the liquid you want to suck up (Fig. 2).
3) Press the siphon gun lever (B) and start to use it
(Fig. 2).
4) Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this
accessory.
WARNING:
Thoroughly clean siphon gun after each use to avoid
contamination of liquid or air. Serious injury or property
damage could result.
WARNING:
When spraying oil or other flammable liquids, avoid sparks
and/ or open flames or spillage onto hot surfaces, serious
injury or property damage could result.
WARNING:
Risk of fire and explosion, gasoline and similar liquids are
prohibited to spray.
WARNING:
When spraying oil or other flammable liquids, adjust output
pressure of compressor to low pressure as possible as you
can (MAX 30 PSI).
Serious injury or property damage could result when
excessive pressure is used.

SIPHON/BLOW GUN

Flammable fumes, such as solvent and paint fumes, in
work area can ignite or explode. To help prevent fire and
explosion:
Use equipment only in well ventilated area.
Eliminate all ignition sources; such as pilot lights,
cigarettes, portable electric lamps, and plastic drop
cloths (potential static arc).
Keep work area free of debris, including solvent, rags
and gasoline.
Do not plug or unplug power cords or turn lights on or
off when flammable fumes are present.
Ground equipment and conductive objects in work area.
If there is static sparking or you feel a shock, stop
operation immediately. Do not use equipment until you
identify and correct the problem.
Gasoline and similar liquids are prohibited to spray.
