4 Alignments and Adjustments

4-2-2 How to adjust Auto color.

1. Before auto color adjustment, set up the PC`s display as below.
• Resolution : 720*400 70 Hz
• H - Freguency : 31.47 KHz
• V - Freguency : 70 Hz
• Pattern : 5 square pattern
2. Press the Menu button then the OSD menu will be appeared. And hold the OSD Exit button for 5
aeconds for auto color adjustment.
3. Select English in Language and then push and hold the OSD Exit button for 5 secands to Auto color
adjustment.
4. Check the color in 16 gray pattern.
5. If 16 gray color is not displayed properly, execute Auto color once more.

4-3-1 Required Equipment
The following equipment is necessary for checking the monitor status.
• Computer with windows 95, Windows98, or Windows NT
• Service_500.exe software
• DDC control JIG

Attach the DDC control JIg to the GH17A*/GH17L***J as shown in the diagram below FIG. 4-1.

1. Execute Panel information.exe.

3. Check the status values.
4. If you need to change the status value, you can edit the value, and click the "write" button to
save the status.
