(Track Up/Down) : Press and release the up
arrow to move to the beginning of the next track. If the
CD player is in random mode, it goes to the next
randomly selected track.
Press and release the down arrow to move to the
beginning of the current track. If the button is pressed
when the first track is playing, it goes to the last track
on the CD. If the CD is in random mode, it goes to the
beginning of the current track.

(Fast Forward/Fast Reverse) : Press and
hold the up arrow to move forward through the tracks
on a CD three times the normal speed for the first
three seconds and 30 times thereafter.
Press and hold the down arrow to move backward
through the CD three times the normal speed for the
first three seconds and 30 times normal thereafter.
SCAN : Press while a CD is playing. The player goes
to the next track, plays for 10 seconds, then goes to the
next track. Press this button again, to stop scanning.
CD : Press to listen to a CD when the radio is playing.
FM/AM : Press to listen to the radio when a CD is
playing. The inactive CD remains inside the radio for
future listening.
DISP : While a CD is playing, press to toggle between
clock, track number, and play time (P-TIME) display.
If the DISP button is not pressed, after five seconds the
display times out and returns to the clock display.
Z
(Eject): Press to eject a CD. Eject can be activated
with either the ignition or radio off. CDs can be loaded
with the radio and ignition off if this button is pressed
first.
CD Messages
If the CD comes out, it could be for one of the following
reasons:
It is very hot. When the temperature returns to
normal, the CD should play.
You are driving on a very rough road. When the
road becomes smoother, the CD should play.
The CD is dirty, scratched, wet, or upside down.
The air is very humid. If so, wait about an hour and
try again.
There can have been a problem while burning
the CD.
The label can be caught in the CD player.
If the CD is not playing correctly, for any other reason,
try a known good CD.
