Playing a
disc

Turn on the power.
Insert adisc.
'. All tracks will be played repeatedly until you change the source or eject the
disc.
• If the ejected disc is not removed within 15 seconds, the disc is
automatically inserted again into the loading slot to protect it from dust.
Stop playing and ejecting the disc

To cancel the prohibition,
repeat the same
procedure.
Playing afile on USB device
_
This unit can play MP3/WMA files stored on aUSB mass storage class device.
You can connect aUSB mass storage class device such as aUSB memory, Digital Audio Player, etc. to the unit.
• You can also connect the iPod/iPhone to the USB terminal of the unit. For details of the operations, see page 21.
, Turn on the power.
Connect a USB device.
All tracks will be played repeatedly until you change
the source or disconnect adevice.
• You cannot connect acomputer to the USB (f)
terminal of the unit.
Caution:
• Avoid using the USB device if it might hinder your safety driving.
• Do not pull out and attach the USB device repeatedly while "READING" is flashing on the display.
• Do not start the car engine if aUSB device is connected.
• Stop playback before disconnecting aUSB device.
• Make sure all important data has been backed up to avoid losing the data.
• Do not leave aUSB device in the car, expose to direct sunlight, or high temperature to avoid deformation or
cause damages to the device.
