Can't get the new blade to slide in holder

The context does not provide specific instructions for installing a new blade in the DeWalt DCS331 jigsaw. However, it does mention that if the blade does not release, the blade holder mechanism may need to be replaced. If you need to install a new blade, ensure the blade release mechanism is functioning correctly. Typically, inserting a blade involves pulling the release lever, inserting the blade securely into the holder, and then releasing the lever to lock it in place.

@Mr. Anderson I'm sure you got it figured out, but i misplaced my first blade and I found another pack of blades that I didn't realize were different. In the photo, the kind it takes are in the left, and the ones I found were on the right. I wondered if you figured out it has to be a T-shank?
