Installation: Procedure
6. Tentatively tighten the clamp bracket.
7. Fit the portion of the clamp bracket into the
center hole of the tilt lock assembly. Place
the washer on the flange bolt and tighten it
tentatively.
8. Tighten the bolts, confirming that the tilt lock
assembly (rollover prevention bar) is paral-
lel to the base pipe of the wheelchair.
CAUTION:
The tightening torque should be within the
tightening torque range on page 4.
9. Install wheel assembly.
NOTE:
The wheel cannot be installed unless each part
is adjusted to the position indicated on the list on
page 7.
1 Lift the cam shaft lever
2 Insert the wheel by matching the each posi-
tion of the axle and the stopper.
NOTE:
If it is too tight to insert, temporarily loosen the
clamp bracket installation screw and retighten it
in a position where you can install and remove it
smoothly.
3 Return the cam shaft lever so it is flat, and
confirm that the axle slip-off ball is locked.
10.Do the same procedure with the right wheel.
