40 INTERNAL WIRING
1. Route the mains cable into the bottom rear
RHS of the boiler.
2. Wire the live, neutral and earth into the 5-
way remote plug terminals, 3 (Live) N &
as shown.
Note.
Ensure that the lengths of the current
carrying conductors are shorter than the
earth conductor so that if the cable slips in
its anchorage the current carrying
conductors become taut before the earth
conductor.
3. If a room thermostat is fitted wire across
the 5-way remote plug terminals 1 & 2 in
place of link wire.
4. Secure the mains lead with the cable
clamp in the plug.
