your name, address, e-mail address if available and the
restraint's model number and manufacturing date to Britax

Saint John NB E2L 4S6, or call 1-888-427-4829, or register
online at www.Britax.ca/registration.
For your convenience, record all the information about your
child seat below. Refer to the Serial Number & Manufactured
Date Label for all information, see page 3.
