and IRQs of the onboard serial ports.

Serial Ports 1 to 2 Address

This option allows the user to select the Serial Port 1 and 2 base
I/O address and interrupt request address. The Serial Port 1 to 2
has four selectable options.

2 Disabled, 3F8/IRQ4, 2F8/IRQ3, 2E8/IRQ3
