An Unintended Language Is Displayed on the LCD Select the language you want to be displayed according to the following procedure. Press the MENU button, then wait for about 5 seconds. Select Setup, then press the OK button. Select Device settings, then press the OK button. Press the button 5 times, then press the OK button.
Print Head Holder Does Not Move to the Position for Replacing • Check 1: Are all lamps on the operation panel off? Check if any lamp on the operation panel is lit. The print head holder will not move unless the power is on. If all the lamps on the operation panel are off, close the ink cover and the document cover and turn the machine on.
If the Output Tray Extension Comes Off If the output tray extension comes off, the paper output tray is not closed properly. Note The output tray extension comes off easily to avoid it being damaged. Hold the paper output tray and move the output tray extension slowly until it clicks into place.
Printer Cannot be Registered • Check 1: Have MP Drivers been installed? If you reinstall the MP Drivers, reinstall the MP Drivers using the Setup CD-ROM. • Check 2: Is the printer registered using the Bluetooth Setup Assistant?
