9. Attach Harness Straps to Splitter Plate.

For Infants or Small Toddlers:

(When using harness slot 1)
• Put Top right strap loop on splitter plate first,
then attach Top left strap loop.
OR (When using harness slots 2 or 3)
• Put Middle right strap loop on splitter plate first,
then attach Middle left strap loop.
NOTE: Make sure ends of straps are in front of
splitter plate.
