connecting to tHe internet

Via Bluetooth
connect to the internet in the same way as connecting a telephone to
the car.
Via Wi-Fi
1. activate tethering on the phone.
2. tap on Settings > Communication
display.
Wi-Fi
3. select to activate/deactivate the wi-Fi connection.
4. tap on the desired network name and enter its password.
5. if another connection source has been used in the past - confirm
the option to change connection.
Via USB connection
1. plug the phone by a cable into the car's usb connection in the
tunnel console's storage compartment.
2. activate tethering via usb on the phone.
3. if another connection source has been used in the past - confirm
the option to change connection.
Via car modem

1. insert a sim card into the intended socket in the cargo area (see
illustration).
Settings > Communication > Car modem Internet
2. tap on
top view.
3. select Car Modem Internet
4. if another connection source has been used in the past - confirm
the option to change connection.
5. enter the sim card's pin code.
only cars with volvo on call*. when connecting to the internet with the car modem, the volvo on call

services will use the connection.
in the top view in the centre
to activate/deactivate.
