WING ASSEMBLY Remove the Hatch and Servo Tray from the main wing. Carefully cut 4 slots either at trailing edge and aileron of each wing half. Secure the servo in place with the grommets, rubbers and wood screws come with the servo. Note the orientation of Insert the hinges and use Pin to position the hinge in the servo and servo tray.
WING ASSEMBLY root/tip when servo in neutral position. Secure the hatch in place with four M2.3x12 wood screws. Proceed the same procedures on the other wing. Install the control horn. Drill 5/64"(2mm) holes then secure the control horn and back plate with M2x15mm screws.
TAIL FEATHERS Place the tail feathers in place then mark them against the edge of fuselage. Cut hinge slots for rudder. L o c a t e t h e t a i l g e a r, d r i l l 5 / 6 4 " (2mm) hole at the rudder for tail gear torque rod to go in.
PULL-PULL SYSTEM INSTALLATION Install three servos. Glue servo mount for eleavtor servo for higher clearance. Insert the Z-bend end through lower exit slot then tape the other end of wire from loose. Install the rudder control horn. Use two control horn then sercure with M2x15 screws and M2 nuts.
ENGINE INSTALLATION Install the elevator control horn. You might need to cut the horn as shown. Trim the scoop along the molded cutting line. Place scoop on the bottom of fuselage and mark lines as shown. Secure the elevator cotrol horn as shown. A little toward Cut away the laser-cut portion at the firewall and cut away the pushrod direction is needed for smooth linkage.
COWL ATTACHMENT Remove the engine, place the cowl to the baseline and attach the template on the cowl. Mark where is going to cut as shown. Install the engine mount with the furnished backplates, beams and four 6/32 x 24mm screw. Place engine(PRO- 4 6 shown) on the engine mount, drive washer is about 10.5cm(4") away from firewall.
LANDING GEAR INSTALLATION Install propeller and spinner then secure the Cowl in place with four M2.3 x12 wood screws. Make sure there is enough clearance from spinner back plate to the cowl. Before you install the fuel tank, you will need to cut some styrofoam( comes with kit as protection) as a spacer.
WIND SHIELD INSTALLATION Insert the wing joiner( fiberglass tube) and centered in the fuselage. Glue wing dowel at the wing root. Install the wing half as shown. Do not forget to add the wing root spacer. Do the same procedure on the other wing half. Trim the windows covering away from fuselage and tack down the covering inside the windows.
OTHER ASSEMBLY Trim four fairings, sand the glue area for better Drill 1.5mm( 1/16") holes on fuselage top then secure the addhesion. Glue them in place with thick CA. Sun Roof in place with six M2.3x12 wood screws. 1.5mm M2.3x12 Use the Balsa Spacer which you removed from the fuselage tail, cut small piece and file it as shown.
WING STRUT INSTALLATION Locate wing struts, secure the wing strut with M3 x 12 Connect all servo wires to receiver and install the switch W ood Screws. harness as shown. Secure the Belly Pan with M3x 20 Wood Screws. W ell wrapped the recevier and battery pack. You might use styrofoam as spacer or use foam pad to fill the space.
