Before shipping, storing, or relocating the unit, the unit must be sanitized and all sanitizing solution must be drained from the system. Page 18: Auger & Extruding Head Removal
The upper bearings located on top of the auger is used to absorb the force between the auger and extruding head. The bearings are 3/32” thick. When they wear below 1/16” they should be replaced.
