starting to construct your system, be sure
to read the manual carefully

select the correct topics for the system
being constructed.
A II couplers, connectors and \vires are
color coded. You may find it easier than
you think to assemble the cassette and
components.
Careful handling of the preCISion Hi-Fi
components is important.
As a rule of thumb you should handle
their cables and wires with greatest care.
Remember that rough handling can lead
to broken insulation and a host of other
malfunctions.

Remove the left fairing pocket and con-
trol box cover.
Discard the switch and
switch cover.

Remove the seat and shelter.
NOTE : To
remove
the shelter,
it
IS
necessary to remove the inner cover
by lifting its end up by hand.

Remove the right and left side covers.
Disconnect battery negative cab Ie from
the battery negative terminal.
INSTALLATION

Remove
the right
and left rear view
mirrors.

Slide the boots off the mirror stays.

Rotate the mirrors as shown, and
remove the two mount bolts from
each.
To gain access to the mount
bo Its,
it is necessary to invert the
boots.
NOTE: Do
not
let the mirrors fall.
