Solution
Try moving to a quieter location to
make your voice recording. Hold
the phone about 4 inches (10
centimeters) from your mouth,
and speak directly into the phone
in a normal tone of voice.
You may be in an area without
service, or you may be connected
to a network that does not support
Internet access.
