Using Tap Method
This is the standard method for entering text on
your phone.
Tap method cycles through the letters and numbers of
the key you press.
Press
a keypad key 1 or more times
keypad keys

In a text entry screen, you can press # to switch entry
modes. The entry mode is displayed in the upper left
corner as the # is pressed.

functions change.

Options
Character displays at insertion point.
Press the B key to delete character to the left of
the insertion point.
After 2 seconds, character is accepted and the
cursor moves to the next position.
Press Cancel to exit without making changes.
