Selecting a Status Message Using Memory Scroll
Once you are in Status Mode, you can select Status Messages by
scrolling through the 10 named (aliased) Status Messages you have pro-
grammed by using the
1. Press > until you
find the message
you want. In this
case we scrolled to
the Status Message,
"At Lunch."
2. Press Se l.
3. Press PTT.
< > keys.
Pressing the PTT
at this time will
send the message
to the last radio
ID to which you
sent a successful
Status Message.
