REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Front Wheel Replacement
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver and 15 mm Wrench

Using a Phillip screwdriver,
loosen the two (2) screws on
the fork covers (2 per side) and
remove covers.

Replacing the Fuse

Tools Required: 5 mm Allen Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver, and 8 mm Wrench

Twist the black plastic cap
and remove.

On the opposite side of the
charger port, locate and remove the
five (5) Phillips screws and lock nuts
on the battery cover using a Phillips
screwdriver and 8 mm wrench.
Separate and remove cover.

Remove the nuts on both sides
of the front axle using a 15 mm
wrench then remove the axle
safety washers.

Using a 5 mm Allen wrench,
remove the bolt.

Locate the fuse box attached
to the batteries. Open the fuse
cover to expose the fuse.

Remove front wheel and
install replacement wheel.
Re-attach fork covers.

Using a 5 mm Allen wrench,
loosen the two (2) bolts
underneath the rear of the seat
and remove the fairing.
30 Amp

Remove the fuse and replace
with a new one of equal
amperage. Close the fuse cover
and reattach the battery cover,
fairing, and plastic cap.

WARNING:
To prevent shock, please follow the
