TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Fan runs but no
heat comes out.
Excessive noise in
upper portion of the
heater.
There is an odor
coming from the
heater.

Cause
The "HEATER I" and "HEATER II"
switches are not turned on.
"TEMPERATURE CONTROL"
thermostat is set at low position.
Loose wiring.
Bad heating element.
Build up of dirt on the fans.
Heater fan is defective.
The heater may emit a slight,
harmless odor when first used.
This is a normal condition
caused by initial heating of the
internal parts and will not occur
again.

Solution
Turn these two switches on.
Adjust this thermostat to High
position.
