Page 23: Ribbon Tension
Ribbon tension Your LabelTac 9 printer has been fully tested before delivery. There should be no issues with ribbon “wrinkle”- but in case you do experience ribbon wrinkle, follow the instructions below to resolve. Ribbon wrinkle displays as diagonal lines of missing print across your label, either from top-left to bottom-right, or from top-right to bottom-left. -
