[ND Filter]: Allows the camcorder to control the ND filter automatically. When the ND filter is activated, the icon of
one of three available settings - 1/2 (NDu), 1/4 (NDw) and 1/8 (NDx) -will appear on the screen.
[Soft Zoom Control]: When this setting is activated, the zoom will start and/or stop gradually.
[Both]: Affects both when you start and when you stop zooming.
[Stop]: Affects only when you stop zooming.
[Start]: Affects only when you start zooming.
[Tele-converter]: Determines the operation of the digital tele-converter. When activated, the focal length of the
camcorder increases by a factor of approximately 1.5, 3 or 6, depending on the setting.
• The image is digitally processed, so the image resolution may deteriorate.
[Slow Shutter]: Activates the slow shutter for Infrared mode.
