Remove the battery cover. - Page 9 If the shaver will not be used for a long time, please remove the batteries. • To maximize the lifetime of your shaver, Ask your dealers or Panasonic authorized service centers for maintenance and repair before disposing of it. • Make sure that the old batteries are disposed of at an officially assigned location.
- Page 10 Using Remove the protective cap while pressing the tabs. Check that the outer foil is not deformed or damaged. Switch the 0/1 switch to the “1” position while pressing the switch lock button. Turn off the shaver and attach the protective cap to prevent the damage of the outer foil after use. Start out shaving by applying gentle pressure to your face. Stretch your skin with your free hand and move the shaver back and forth in the direction of your beard. You may gently increase the amount of pressure as your skin becomes accustomed to this shaver.

Fig. 2: Remove the inner blade block from the outer foil. • Remove the inner blade block by holding it firmly at its central shaft and pulling it vertically upward out of the shaver. If you cannot remove it with the method mentioned above, please first tilt the shaft slightly to one side and then pull it vertically upward out of the shaver.
