The audio function does not work.

G No sound?
G Sound is too low.
The TV function does not work.
G The TV signal is not being received.
G Screen has poor colour resolution (16
colours).
G Screen colour is unstable or mono-
colour.
G Do black spots appear on the screen?
Troubleshooting
• Check if the audio cable is connected properly.
• Adjust the volume.
• Check if the sound is set properly.
• Adjust the volume.
• See if you have selected the proper channel
mode.
• Use the automatic channel setup function.
• Check if the TV antenna is properly connected.

Screen colour is abnormal.

• Set the colour resolution to more than 24 bits (true
colour)
Select Control Panel – Display – Settings
– Colour Table menu in Windows.
• Check the connection status of the signal cable.
Or, re-insert the PC video card.
• Several pixels (red, green, white or black colour)
may appear on the screen, which can be
attributable to the unique characteristics of the
LCD panel. It is not a malfunction of the LCD.
