Pickup the handset

Note: To transfer a call while on hold, press the TRANS key. Dial the extension/phone number and press the TRANS
key again to transfer the call.
While having a conversation:
Press HOLD

4.11 Three Way Conference

Pick up the handset

After Person A pick up the phone, press Hold key
Dial the extension or phone number of Person B and wait until Person B picks up the phone.
Press Conference key

5. Using the phone book

5.1 Dialing from the Phonebook

Press the PHONE BOOK key
Press
or press OK
(Press HOLD again to resume conversation)
and call Person A.
