Need help?
Do you have a question about the 62284 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
When my cameras are connected and the power supply is plugged in the screen says no signal, how do I fix this?
To fix the "no signal" issue on the Bunker Hill Security 62284 cameras, follow these steps:
1. Check Connections – Ensure the cameras are properly connected to the extension cables and that the extension cables are securely connected to the AV1 and AV2 sockets on the monitor.
2. Verify Power Supply – Make sure the cameras and monitor are receiving power. The blue indicator light should be on to confirm the system is powered.
3. Test Different Inputs – Manually switch between AV1 and AV2 using the MANUAL button to check if the issue is with a specific camera input.
4. Inspect Cables – Look for any damage to the cables or loose connections. Secure connections with electrical tape if necessary.
5. Check Mounting Location – Ensure the cameras are not exposed to bright light or reflections that might interfere with the signal.
6. Reset the System – Turn off the monitor using the POWER button, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on to reset the connection.
If the issue persists, verify compliance with installation guidelines and ensure there are no obstructions or interference affecting the signal.
