5-2. A BOARD ADJUSTMENTS

1. Input a color-bar signal.
2. Adjust AGC VR of TU 101 so that snow noise and
cross-modulation disappear from the picture.
3. Confirm them at every channel.

Input a color-bar signal.

Set to Service adjustment Mode.
3 .
Connect a frequency counter to base of Q550 (TP-
86 H.DRIVE).
4 .
Call the item of AFC, set to 3 level (free run).
5 .
Select HFRE withmand@.
6 .
Adjust with@andHfor
the 15734+ 60Hz.
7 .
Call the item of AFC again, adjust the level" 0 ".
8 .
Write into the memory by pressing (MUTINGlthen
ADJUSTMENT
1. Select video 1 with no connecting the signal.
2. Set to Service adjustment Mode.
3. Connect the frequency counter across connector
VDY (+) (CN501) connector and ground.
4. Select VFRE withmand1.
5. Adjust withHandHfor
the 55 f0.5Hz.
6. Write the memory by pressingmlthen

1. Connect * " y+c cable"to Y input of S Video,
* Must prepare " y+c cable"by connecting C to Y in
the middle.
Note : Set CROM average data at 26 if S-video input
is impossible.
2. Set to Service adjustment Mode.
3. Connect an oscilloscope CN703 Pin0 (R OUT) of
C board ground.
4. Select CROM withIandm.
5. Adjust withmandBor
the 0 level.

3. Set the conditions as follows.
