Apply silicone bond (3490) on the board
surface and attach RA4:120 ohm 1/4W
between pins 1-3 of IC4.

2 Apply silicone bond (3490) on the board
surface. Put V2 tube on R43 = 1k ohm
1/4W and attach to the plus side of pin
1 and C23 of IC4.
