Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent, or steel wool/ scoring pads which will scratch and damage surface. Do not use products containing chlorine bleach or orange cleaners. For heavier soil use liquid degreaser. - Page 15 DUCTLESS RECIRCULATING (AK8000AS ONLY): Ductless recirculating is intended for applications where an exhaust duct work is not possible to be installed. When converted, the power pack functions in air “purifying” mode rather than exhausting the air. Fumes and exhaust from cooking is drawn and fi ltered by a charcoal fi lter. The air is then purifi ed and recirculated back into the kitchen.
