position and wait for all the steam to exit. Turn off the appliance, remove and clean the
filter holder and the filter itself.
Let the device cool down for 5-10 minutes before the next use.

Making Cappuccino

In this mode the machine can froth milk-foam thanks to its steam pipe.
1)
Put approximately 1dl milk in a heatproof cup at least 1,5dl large.
2)
Make the required amount of coffee. (It is advised to make 4 cups, because in this
case steam can be let out right after the jug is filled with coffee.)
3)
Right before the coffee is ready, place the cup of milk under the steam pipe so that
the nozzle is just merging into the milk and turn the switch to "Steam" position.
4)
Turn the device off when the milk-foam is ready to be mixed with the coffee.
Please not that when making less coffee, steam should be let out a little bit earlier.
Heating Beverages with the Steam Pipe
Similar to making cappuccino the steam pipe can also heat beverages quite simply.
Instead of making coffee, pour the minimum (2-cups) water in the tank.
1)
The beverage to be heated should be poured on a heatproof cup. Make sure the cup
is not full (maximum 2/3 of its capacity). Place an empty cup under the steam pipe
and turn the switch to "Steam" position.
2)
After heating up, switch off the machine when steam leaves the nozzle.
3)
Place the heatproof cup under the steam pipe so that the nozzle is just merging into
the liquid.
4)
Now turn the switch to "Steam" position again so that it starts heating the beverage.
5)
When finished, release the unnecessary steam into another empty, heatproof cup,
thus making sure the machine will not be under pressure.
Warning! Be very careful when operating with hot steam as it is extremely dangerous!

Cleaning and Care

Always pull the power cord out of the socket before cleaning!
Release the pressure in the steam pipe after each and every use: place a heatproof cup
under the pipe and release the remaining steam, thus cleaning it as well. After it cools
down you may wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. If necessary, the steam pipe can be
detached by rotating counterclockwise.
To release water from the tank, remove all the accessories, including the tank cap, but
only after the machine has cooled down and is no more under pressure.
Do not submerge the machine in water. The housing can be wiped with a damp cloth; do
not use detergents! The jug, the cap, the filter holder, filter and the trey can be washed
in warm water with general dishwashing supplies.
Do not put it in the dishwasher!
