The freezer section
door cannot be
opened several

Possible cause
This is not a fault. The
suction caused by opening
and closing the door
several times in succession
is preventing it from
opening. Wait a few minutes
and then try again. It should
now open without force.
The packaging used was
not dry when put into the
freezer section.
The lock has been
activated. The 0 symbol will
light up in the display.
This is not a fault. The
warmth created by the
evaporator is used to
prevent condensation.
The condensate drain hole
is blocked.
Remedy
None required.
^ Use a blunt instrument,
e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it
apart carefully.
^ Deactivate the lock (see
"Selecting further settings
- Activating or
deactivating the lock").
