protection cap of the heater element to install the valve.

relief and non-return valve supplied with
the appliance with a non-return valve
(clapet).
WARNING: connect the water drain of
the valve to a rubber hose having an
internal Ø of 9,5 mm.
This drain hose has to be installed with
a continuous downwards gradient and
located in a place protected from ice.

Foresee a bipolar switch near the appliance to permit
isolation of the water heater.
Connect the electrical supply cable in accordance with the
wiring standards in force in the country where the
appliance is installed. In case of replacement of the
electrical supply cable, use only a cable with the same
features (H05 VV-F – 3x1,5 mmq).

11. USE INSTRUCTIONS

The electrical heater element is equipped with a
thermostat that has the following double function:
1. temperature setting, cutting off the electrical supply to
the heater element when the pre-set temperature is
achieved (it is possible to adjust the thermostat
between 0 ° C and 70 ° C, according to the user's
needs).
2. safety, cutting off the electrical supply to the heater
element when, in case of bad operation of the
appliance, the temperature of the stored water reaches
90 ° C. To start up again the appliance, manual
intervention is needed (manual reset). In this case
follow the procedure below:
a. Cut off the electrical supply
b. Remove the protection cap of the heater element
c. Push the reset button placed on the thermostat
d. Place the protection cover on the heater element
e. Restore the electrical supply

12. MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE

To make the operation of the appliance safer and to
extend its working life, a periodic inspection by an
authorised assistance service is recommended at least
once a year.
