Getting started
Before you can use the phone you must install a SIM card.
Keep your SIM card out of the reach of small children. The SIM
card can easily be damaged by scratching or bending, so handle
the card carefully.
Installing the SIM card and battery
1. Switch off the phone and
disconnect the power adaptor.
2. Remove the battery cover
on the back of the phone
by pressing the button
at the bottom and sliding
the battery cover down.
3. Remove the battery by lifting it
at the top edge.
4. Carefully slide the SIM card
into the holder, with the gold
connectors facing down and
the angled corner top right.
5. Make sure that the battery
terminals match the terminals in
the phone. Insert the lower end
of the battery first, then press in
the top end.
6. Slide the battery cover back
until it clicks into place.
