Operation instructions Insertion of batteries Hold the lower part in one hand and gently turn the cover counter- clockwise until the mark and lift off. Simply lift off the motor unit from the lower part. Insert 6 micro batteries (AAA 1,5V) into the battery compartment, respecting the +/- marks. - Page 3 Important hints and safeguards Warning: Do not use the unit for any other than the intended pur- pose, only as a cheese grater with batteries for Parmesan or other types of hard cheese. Any other use is improper and dangerous. For any repairs please contact the manufacturer’s customer ser- vice.
