Access On-Screen Keyboard Settings
1. Open the Action Center.
2. Tap the Ease of Access Icon
3. Change your on-screen keyboard settings under
Touch keyboard menu.

Tap &123 key or swipe
upwards on the buttons in
the top row.
Press down a key. Slide
your finger to the accented
character or option you
want.
Tap Ctrl key + another
key that shows a shortcut
option.
Double-tap Up Arrow Key.
The key should turn white
when Caps Lock is on.
