Trouble
No weld output from any welding
power sources; units completely
inoperative.
No weld output from one welding pow-
er source.

Place line disconnect switch in On position (see Section 3-9).
Check and replace line fuse(s), if necessary, or reset circuit breakers (see Section 3-9).
Check for proper input power connections to rack (see Section 3-9).
For racks containing Power circuit breakers, place applicable Power circuit breaker in On position; for
racks containing fuse blocks, check fuses in applicable fuse block (see Section 4-2).
Check for proper input power connections to welding power source (see Section 3-5).
Check applicable welding power source according to its Owner's Manual.

Location Of 3-Phase Fuse

Each Power circuit breaker or fuse
block protects the welding power
source connected to it from
overload.
If a Power circuit breaker opens,
the matching welding power source
shuts down. Manually reset the
Power circuit breaker.

3-Phase Fuse Block In Racks
For 460/575 Volt XMT 304
Models And 575 Volt XMT
456/Invision 456 Models

Fuses
If fuse(s) in fuse block opens, the
matching welding power source
shuts down. To check fuse block,
place line disconnect switch in Off
position and open hinged fuse hold-
er on applicable fuse block to ac-
cess fuses. Check fuses, and re-
place if necessary.
