WARRANTY

Regal guarantees the excellent quality and function of its products.
In the event of a fault or malfunctioning, the company is obliged to replace
any faulty items. Shipping costs from/to our factory will be covered by the
customer.
Regal does not accept responsibility for any damage or any expenses for
liners relating to the replacement of faulty parts of the fireplace.
LENGTH
Warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, regardless of the
installation date (with the exception of the 2 years warranty for the
electrical parts). This date is stated in the Warranty Card above. The
invoice/receipt must be kept along with this Card as a proof of the
purchase date.
TERMS OF AN INVALID WARRANTY CARD
Missing dealer's seal and details
Missing valid (dated and numbered) purchase invoice
Incomplete details on the warranty card or loss of the original document at
any time during the length of warranty.
TERMS OF AN INVALID WARRANTY
Modification of any part of the appliance.
Different use of the product than the one described in this manual.
The installation must be carried out by a professional qualified technician
who will comply with all the effective regulations.
EXCEPTIONS
Warranty does not cover:
Installation work, liners, glasses, grills and ashtrays.
Damage caused by improper transportation, installation or use.
