18. FORWARDING OF REPAIRS TO SERVICE LEVEL 3 OR 4 SUPPLIERS

We recommend using the offered swap phone cartons as described in Spare Parts SB004.
Always Protect the window with a protection film.
Add repair documentation e.g. filled-in service note
into the swap carton.
