Before requesting service, ptease review the fotiowing_
The unit will not turn on.

Reset the TV MODE and
connect again
. Connect the power plug to
the outlet
. Disconnect the power plug
and connect it again
. Connect it correctly
. Pressthe Mute button to
cancel the Mute function
. Adjust the volume
. Connect it correctly
. Replace with new batteries
. Move closer to the unit
. Checkthe left/right channel
and connect it/them
. SoundConnect is supported
by some Samsung TVs
released from 20t2 on
Check your TV to see if it
supports SoundConnect
. Update your TV with the
latest firmware
. Contact the Samsung call
center
. Pressthe _H button for 5
seconds to reset the
