^ Touch the control to the left of
"Turkey".
^ Touch the control that corresponds to
the weight of the turkey, "10 - 15 lb".
^ Insert the roast probe into the turkey
and into the roast probe socket.
^ The remaining cooking time can be
monitored in the display.
To view the settings of a "MASTER
CHEF" function, touch the control for
"Cooking Mode".
