The headlight height can be
adjusted with the screws 2
on the left and right below the
side panels and the screw 3.
To ensure correct adjustment,
it should be carried out by a
specialized workshop, prefer-
ably an authorized BMW Mo-
torrad retailer.
Turn indicators
Operating turn indicators
Press turn indicator button 1
toward left.
Left—hand turn indicator is
switched on.
Indicator light for left—hand
turn indicator flashes.
Press turn indicator button
toward right.
Right—hand turn indicator is
switched on.
Indicator light for right—hand
turn indicator flashes.
Press turn indicator button
toward front.
Turn indicator is switched
off.
Turn indicator lights in indi-
cator light panel are off.
Seat
Removing seat
Make sure ground is level
and firm and park the mo-
torcycle.
Turn seat lock 1 counter-
clockwise with ignition key
and hold.
