    LAN is short for Local Area Network. This is considered your internal network. These are the IP settings of the LAN interface for the DAP-1353.     1. Why can’t I access the web-based configuration utility? When entering the IP address of the D-Link access point (192.168.0.50 for example), you are not connecting to a website on the Internet or have to be connected to the Internet. The device has the utility built-in to a ROM chip in the device itself.
