Manual search
You can use this function when you know the 'UHF channel
number' of the channel you want to find.
1 Press the 'down' button until 'Manual Search' is
highlighted, (see right).
2 Press the 'SELECT' button.
3 The manual search page will appear on your TV
screen.
4 Use the numbers on the remote control and enter
the UHF channel number you want to search for. The
number will be displayed in the 'Channel Number'
box, (see example shown right).
5 Press the 'SELECT' button.
6 The set-top box will start searching for the channel
you have entered.
7 When the set-top box has finished searching, your
TV will return to the channel you were watching.
8 You can check that the set-top box has added TV
channel you have searched for by looking for the
UHF channel number on the information banner
(press 'INFO', see right).
