channel that has been locked, you must enter a password
(code) to watch it.
Note The code is set to 0000 and you should change it
to another four numbers only you know after you
finish setting up the set-top box.
See 'Configuration' on page 58 for how to set a
new code.
If you have been watching a locked channel and then turn over
to watch another channel, you will not have to enter the code if
you go back to watch the locked channel. The channels will only
become locked again when you next turn the TV on.
You can lock a channel in two ways. You can select the channel
and then select 'Lock', or select 'Lock' and then select the
channel you want to lock.
The example below uses the first method.
1 Select the channel you want to lock.
2 Press the 'right' button to highlight the 'Lock'
function on the screen, (see right).
3 Press the 'SELECT' button.
4 A panel will appear below the small window asking
you for your code, (see right).
