Basic operation
There will be some channels you want to watch more often than
others. The Favourites function allows you to select these
channels as favourites so you can access them more easily.
You must set the 'Favourites Mode' on the 'Configuration' page
to 'on' to be able to select a channel as a favourite. See the
'Main Menu'/'Configuration'/'Favourites Mode' on page 58.
When you have set the favourites, the 'PROG+' and 'PROG-'
buttons will only step through your 'favourite' channels. You can
display the other stored channels by entering the channel
number using the numbers on the remote control.
You can select a channel to be a 'favourite' in two ways. You can
select the channel you want to be a favourite and then select the
'favourites' function, or select the 'favourites' function and then
select the channel you want to be a 'favourite'.
The example below uses the first method.
1
Select the channel you want to be a favourite.
2
Press the 'right' button to highlight 'Favourites' on
the screen.
3
Press the 'SELECT' button.
4
The 'favourites' symbol will appear next to the
channel name to show it is a 'favourite' channel.
