Introduction Note: Read all of the instructions completely before installing or operating this equipment. The information in this manual covers installation, programming and operation for the V1411X-DVC Variable- Speed Keypad and two alternate configurations, the V1411J-DVC and V1410X-DVC. The installation procedures should only be performed by a qualified technician using approved materials in accordance with national, state and local wiring codes.
Warning: Do not connect this unit to a power source until all connections are complete. In the installation figures that follow, the V1411X-DVC is shown. NOVA To use any of Vicon’s NOVA control systems, including the V1411 and V1411-EXP Video Switchers with Telemetry Control, with the keypad, you will use NOVA configuration. You may connect multiple keypads in this configuration, as shown in the example below.
